I’m teaching at OM yoga in NYC this week
Yes, it’s true. I am finally back on the regular schedule. I’m teaching intermediate level on Wednesdays, at 5:45 starting this week. And, in July, I will also be teaching advanced on Wednesdays at noon. See you there!

I’m back in Japan. Thanks for your heart-warming welcome and nice tour of the OM yoga studio. I took one advanced class the day after we met, which was great and amazing! Now I’m so much willing to take your class next time I visit OM. I’ll definitely come back to NY soon!! Thank you.

Why not teach a basics class once in a while?

Hi, Yes, I would like to do that but my schedule is so erratic and I think it works best for beginners to have a consistent teacher. But thanks for the suggestion and I’ll see if I can make that happen sometime in the future.
