Another delightful surprise -- Lizzie Lasater! She is the daughter of my dear friend and beloved yoga teacher, Judith Hanson Lasater. Lizzie is finishing up her last semester in architecture at Columbia and popped in for a class between returning from a month in India and going back to school. She said she needed some good grounding and knew she could get that at OM yoga!
