already seems so long ago.  Here are just a couple of random shots from that holiday.

It was a long day for Millie and when she tried to stand up, well, she couldn't make it. Her feet and her body just don't do what she tells it to do. So she started to fall and Dave caught her and they turned it into a hugging dance.

We spent the rest of the weekend in East Hampton. I am an early riser. This is what the sunrise looked like from my backyard.

It’s that time again.  I am so in denial about winter that today I actually went out in a short sleeved pullover sweater with a hoodie sweater and scarf and that’s it.  That was lame because I ended up way too cold.  So, okay, there is one thing that does make winter workable for me and that is KNITTING!  Tonight is OM yoga’s first Knit-Along of the 2009/2010 winter season.  We are going to make leg and arm warmers.  You know how that beautiful Sarah Trelease always wears arm warmers?  Well, we all want to be like her and we also want to keep our ankles warm  on New Year’s Eve in our high heels.  Not to mention these are easy things to knit as gifts.  So join us tonight at 6:30 and then Dec. 15 at 7:30.  We will teach you or you can come and knit or crochet or embroider whatever else you want.
