Hi Cyndi! And Becca!

I was sweating so much in your class that day! I was exhausted afterwards but it was a good kind of exhaustion so I felt great.
I couldn’t do Crow Pose before your class but now I’m able to do it for like 2 seconds, which is a huge improvement for me.. Haha.

I hope Kendra takes us to OM again.
We all had a wonderful time at OM! Thank you!

Oh and the pictures are really nice.

Dear Cindi,

I would like to thank you in the name of all the 10th grade students who visited your wonderful yoga studio last week. It was a truly amazing experience to see all of these students try their best, enjoying every minute of the strenuous session. When I later asked them how they felt, some of them characterized the session as great, and truly “hard core.”

Thank you very much for providing this unforgettable experience to my students.
