teachers, yoga, family, shoes, friends and leaves
This is my weekly report with visual aids. After the excitement of my new book deal and being treated to a fab dinner at Mesa Grille by my most excellent hubby, it was back to reality. A good reality. Sarah Trelease, OM yoga Director of Teacher Training, called a meeting of all the OM yoga TT faculty. We are creating a new OM yoga TT handbook which is going to be amazing. Thanks to Sarah and Margi who have worked so hard on it already. Here we are at our meeting.

from L to R: Leroy the poodle, Frank, Margi with beautiful baby boy Fin, Christie, Sarah and Joe. Me, I took the picture.
On the way to the meeting, Leroy and I walked through historic Washington Square Park, which has been renovated and is not better than it was before. Whatever. Many people were in the park because of our warm, glorious Autumn in NY.

Nature is so perfect.
Thursday night I met with my super good buddy, Mary Perillo, at Cafe Henri for a quick bite before going to see the movie, The Red Shoes, at Film Forum.

The movie was sold out but I did get to see Mary's red shoes brooch that her mom had from the '50s.
